Personal Day - May 14, 2008

We are at Donna's house today. We are taking a little break from DLL today. It's about 75 miles down here. Caroll got a new XM radio boom box so she can listen to the Cubs in the evenings. I spent the Bush money on a new camera. I got a Nikon D-40 with two lens. I wanted one when I was in Japan 48 years ago, just got it now. It is SLR so I can make many pictures. Thing at Deseret Land & Livestock are going good. We are learning the places to take the Treks. I think these kids will learn some things about how hard it was to come to Utah in 1856. These Treks are 25 miles with Handcarts. The first kids will start coming about June 4th. There are three other couples with us. The elevation is right at 7000 ft, so it gets cool at night. Only two seasons up there winter/ rodeo. It reminds me of San Luis Valley. Winter & Stampede ( Rodeo) . We are good and believe it or not we are having fun. I left several things at home but o'well I'll live. I want to enclose some pictures.

God Bless you All
